Is this the same as an Apple Pencil?

Why can't my child just type their answers?
The research is clear: typing bypasses the neural pathways most important for long-term learning. For young children especially, the physical act of forming letters and numbers is inseparable from learning to recognise and understand them. Typing is a shortcut that costs comprehension.
